Ingredients:
12 drops of Peppermint essential oil
12 drops of Lavender essential oil
1 teaspoon of vinegar
4 ounces of water
Directions:
Put 4 oz water into a spray bottle. Then, add and blend all the remaining ingredients well.Tips:
Make sure to shake the mixture well before using. Prevent contact with sensitive body parts like eyes.
Store this Cool Peppermint Body Mist in the refrigerator for an extra cool sensation.
Lavender Refreshing Lavender Compress
Ingredients:
12 drops of Lavender essential oil
3 drops of Grapefruit essential oil
9 drops of Peppermint essential oil
1 soft facial cloth
4 cups of cool water
Directions:
Get a small basin and put the water and the essential oils. Soak the facial cloth and ring out the excess water. Place the cloth on your forehead and neck alternately.
Tips:
Add some ice cubes in the mixture to increase the cooling effect.
Also, refresh the cloth as often as needed.
