Helichrysum contains a significant quantity of sesquiterpenes (10-20%).
Mainly curcumene and caryophylene which may help with circulation and may have other beneficial properties. There is also l-limonene (8-13%), a monoterpene that adds an evergreen or pine-like note to the aroma of Helichrysum. Another key compound in Helichrysum is eugenol (1-2%), which is a phenol.

How to Use:
For dietary, aromatic, or topical use. When using as a supplement, put one drop in a capsule or in 4 fl. oz. of almond or coconut milk. Possible skin sensitivity. If pregnant or under a doctor’s care, consult your physician. Dilution is recommended for both topical and internal use. Dilute before using on sensitive areas such as the face, neck, genital area, etc. Keep out of reach of children. Avoid using on infants and very small children.
