Idaho Grand Fir Essential Oil
Formerly known as Idaho Balsam Fir, this Young Living fan favorite is back with a new name: Idaho Grand Fir! The oil, aroma, and benefits are unchanged, offering a woodsy, refreshing aroma reminiscent of a freshly cut Christmas tree. Grand fir trees are native to the Pacific Northwest of the United States, and for centuries Native Americans have used them to promote well-being and the sensation of deeper breathing. This oil has a refreshing and uplifting scent.
Idaho Grand Fir Oil is a conifer oil, distilled in Northern Idaho.
Used in massage, it has a soothing effect. For example, it is used to help with muscle and body discomfort associated with exercise. Grand Fir is traditionally used for muscular aches and pains. The warm aroma of balsam fir soothes and rejuvenates the body and mind. Known for supporting respiratory function,* this oil can be diffused for aromatherapy. It may also be diluted with a carrier oil for topical application. Also believed to create an uplifting sense of well-being, grand fir is a 100 percent pure Young Living Therapeutic Grade™ essential oil. This oil is distilled from the needles of the balsam fir tree.

For dietary, aromatic, or topical use. When using as a supplement, dilute one drop in 4 fl. oz. of liquid. For example, we like to use goat or rice milk. If pregnant or under a doctor’s care, consult your physician. Do not use near fire, flame, heat, or sparks.
