Terms and Conditions
We can deliver to your door everywhere in the world (almost). We are based in Colorado.
Young Living Essential Oils warehouse is in Utah.
Young Living can deliver (almost) anywhere in the world. Debbie can assist you in placing your first order. By ordering with me from GF-Oils.com you’ll find exclusive access to Essential Oil education and chemical-free living education including books, apps, and online classes. By placing an order through this website at retail or wholesale prices, you will be deemed to have acknowledged, read, and agreed to the following terms and conditions.
Terms – Shipping & Returns
Most orders are prepared for shipping within 1-2 business days of receipt. Shipping charges for most orders are $8-12.00 for standard shipping and $20.00 for expedited shipping. Additional shipping charges are added to heavier products such as Ningxia Red and Thieves Household Cleaner that are simply too expensive for us to swallow the shipping charges. In some cases, products may not be ready to ship for up to four business days, depending on Young Living inventory levels and/or the shipping method required for each product. This processing time is in addition to the actual shipping/delivery time frames. These are reflected on the individual product pages as “Fixed Shipping” and will be included in your shopping cart upon checkout.
When will I receive my package?
While we do everything we can to ship your package within 24 hours and then we are reliant upon the shipping method to get your package to you as soon as possible. Some packages are shipped from our Colorado office and MOST packages are drop-shipped directly from Young Living’s Utah Distribution warehouse. There are times that the processing and packaging times take longer than expected, especially when it is out of our hands. Young Living may take an additional 1-3 days to process an order and get the package to the carrier. We apologize for the inconvenience.
We usually ship via USPS Mail as this is both cost-effective and the quickest method for smaller packages. On larger orders, we may use FedEx or UPS services. While we try to provide the best shipping solution possible for our customers so they can receive their product as quickly and securely as possible, we almost always lose money on shipping. Patience is appreciated since we cannot control how fast the shipping services deliver the packages. If an expedited package takes longer than expected to receive, please contact us so that we can review the issue and reconcile with you, if needed.
Terms: Return Policy
GF-Oils.com reserves the right to review each return or exchange on a case-by-case basis. If you are dissatisfied with any Young Living product purchase, you may return items for a refund or GF-Oils.com credit as outlined below:
You MUST complete a return request by logging in at GF-Oils.com or via email to email@example.com for RA# (Return Authorization #). The RA # must be displayed on the outside of the package or the package will be returned to you unprocessed.
All products must be returned in the original container and, if possible, in original shipping packaging.
It is highly recommended that customers ensure their packages when returning them. If the returned product is not received by GF-Oils.com, it is the responsibility of the customer to trace the shipment. GF-Oils.com is not liable for items lost, incorrectly delivered, or damaged in transit. No refund/credit will be made for subsequent returns of the same product, except when the product is damaged or defective. Confirmation of your return and refunds and/or GF-Oils.com credit (when applicable) will normally be issued within one week of the receipt of the return. You will receive an email confirming the date and the amount issued.
Return shipment authorized within 30 days of the original shipment date: Refund via the original method of payment, less shipping (including the actual cost we incurred in the event you received free shipping, if applicable)
Return shipment authorized greater than 30 but fewer than 90 days of the original shipment date: Store credit at GF-Oils.com, less shipping (including the actual cost we incurred in the event you received free shipping, if applicable), and a 10% handling fee
Please Note: Credit amounts applied for opened products will be proportionate to the amount of product returned.

In the event the return reason is the result of our error (damaged, defective, incorrect item, etc.), you may return the item for a replacement, refund, or GF-Oils.com credit as outlined above. You must notify us within five days of receipt in the event of a damaged/defective/incorrect shipment. In submitting your return request as instructed in Step 1. above and within five days of receipt, you will receive, via email, a pre-paid return label so that you may return the package without incurring additional shipping expenses. The return shipment must be sent within nine days of the receipt of the label (on the 10th day the label will be void and no longer eligible for use).

When you place an order through this website at wholesale prices, a Young Living wholesale account will be created for you with Young Living Essential Oils. You will be deemed to have accepted the terms of the Young Living Distributor Agreement (see Young Living Agreement).
Young Living Members
The referrer for your Young Living account, known as the enroller will be listed as Denver Nutrition, LLC / Debbie Allen), Young Living Independent Member # 73621.
You will be issued with a Young Living member (account) number. You will be able to use that Young Living member number to place future orders directly with Young Living at wholesale prices for 12 months following the first wholesale order placed through this website. Your Young Living wholesale account will remain open provided you place a 50 PV order (about $80 of products) each rolling 12-month period. If you don’t place a 50PV order each 12-month period, your wholesale account will automatically lapse.
Terms – Initial Orders
Once you place your first order, any future orders you place will be placed directly with Young Living by phone or online rather than through this website. You will be emailed with your Young Living member number and phone number and website address for any future orders you wish to place.
To access wholesale prices you must add a Premium Starter Kit or Basic Starter Kit to your first wholesale order. If a Starter Kit is not added to your order, wholesale prices will not be available to you for that order. If that occurs, your order will be held. You will be contacted to seek your instructions to either proceed at retail prices or to add a Starter Kit to your order. If your order does not proceed, if an order payment has been processed, your order payment will be refunded to you.
Young Living refers to wholesale account holders as being an ‘Independent Distributor’ or ‘Distributor’. Independent Distributors may use products for their own use, there is no requirement to promote nor distribute Young Living products to others, though you do have the option to do so if you wish.
Young Living requires a signed acknowledgment of the Application and Agreement Form to be sent to them within 30 days. Once you place your order, you will be emailed with the Application and Agreement Form for you to sign and return.
